Desert Sunset Jasper

Desert Sunset Jasper is a variety of banded iron formation (BIF) with layers of red, yellow, brown and black.

It doesn't take much imagination to see the colors of a sunset in the desert mirrored in this type of rock. 

The desert sunset jasper has been collected, cut and tumbled by us right here in Western Australia.
